Description:
The East 55th Substation (Substation 11) is a three-rectifier transformer design. The substation is currently operating off two transformers as a result of the failure or one transformer. The purpose of the project is to remove and replace the failed transformer as well as perform testing and commissioning for a new transformer. Pre-Bid meeting summary has been added.
